Turn signals and Horn stoped working?? What is this? Help

@mrbreezeett1 Thanks for all these ideas. I wish I had some of them before I started, but i will defiantly keep these in mind moving forward.
I did actually replace a bunch of fuses, ouch$$. Ill try the light bulb trick next time.
When I cut them, i had a total replacement part, but of course, the Chinese cheapo version didn't fit right. The staggering of wires would have been much cleaner and I am very much a novice at soldering so thanks for the tip!

Old electricians trick, testing aid. My Grandfather and his son were electricians, I can remember them screwing a regular light bulb into the old style house fuse boxes.
