Default detachable saddlebags

ok kids .. I need some help here.. installed the Boss detachable saddlebags and one doesn't lock into place. I did the same thing on both sides but can't figure out why the right one won't lock. Looks like it should. It lines up okay from what I can see. Anyone else have problems with this?

Got both saddlebags to lock. The solution was simple. I'm an idiot!

You can't just go admitting that you're an idiot then not provide us with details. Let's hear it! Tell us!!

I had two of the spacers in the wrong place. Felt like a real moron when I finally saw it. But I figure, I'm a 53 year old woman that has never owned or driven a Harley before two months ago, let alone lay a wrench to one .. so I didn't do too bad for my first time out. I've ordered the service manual so I can learn more and do more myself. So I'm sure I'll have lots more questions and hopefully not too many blunders.
