I think you have the same seat I have. the sidekick custom. it's a great and comfy seat.

i got this one which i like. i don't even know what it is. a guy had odered and decided he didn't want it. when i picked up my bike the salesmen showed it to me and i liked it better the the stock seat. not much for the 2nd passenger though

Ihave the "badlander" 2 up on my 07 Nightster and think it does a pretty good job of keeping the "look" but unfortunately anything that covers the fender screws it up. I cannot get the pictures to embed even though it says they are uploading fine so you'll have to go to my gallery. Also put the forward controls, Black short shots and black KN filter. 16" X 1 1/4 apes should be here in a day or two. More pics to come.
