The seat with adj. backrest or the leather seat are the only one that work for your 2000 and are equivalent to the Sundowner. Just get the part numbers and price them at www.zanottimotor.com for better price providing you can still get either of them for a 2000.

I ordered the Sundowner at my local dealer today. I just cald him back to make sure they could get one for my year, he said yes. So I had him double check, he said they make them for 80 something up to 03, with 3.3 gas tank. Also 04-06 and then 07 and up.
He made sure it was not back orderd and said it will be in this friday or monday. I hope he got this right.
I did call Zanottis theyonly stock the Sundowner for the 04 and up.
He said it would be a spacial order for my bike,the cost was the same as my local dealer. I will let you know how it turns out...thanks Gary.

I think you will like it. It don't look the greatest (looks like it belongs on ans e-glide) but its not bad looking and certainly is comfortable for the long haul.
