I currently have a set of V&H Straight Shots slip-ons. I am looking to get a set of SE pipes. Not the quite ones HD has now but a set from 2004 or 2005. I think the louder ones are the SEII but I could be wrong.

THe V&Hs are just to loud. They have a little over 1,400 miles on them and are in great shape. I just want a quieter, lower rumble.

Also I would prefer the slash down SE pipes...

 

I might be interested in your trade. I have the SE II slip-on's on my 05 883L right now and they are in excellent condition. I bought a set ofstraightshot hs's from ebay andthey should be herethis week. I might be interested in your slip-on's for a buddy. Wish this would of came up sooner as it would of saved me 350 bucks. Oh well. I also see that you have a 175/45 with a .030 shim. Has this work out ok for you. The service guy that's going to install my pipes is going to be putting in a 180/45. He never said anything about a shim. How do you no if you need a shim.
