Default Frame Indentification

I have a buddy that has an old 1976 Ironhead Sportster project that I'm looking at getting from him. Can anyone identify this older aftermarket frame. I was told he that it was a Jammer frame but haven't found anything resembling a swing arm style Jammer frame anywhere.

Any chance your friend has the MSO?
Any serial numbers on the neck? Maybe starting with an "S"?
