Default Shock Pump

Does anybody have a recommendation for a good pump to use when running take-off air shocks. I don't really want to spend $50 at harely if there is a cheaper alternative.

I bought a cheapy of Ebay, total crap, gauge was crushed so needle did not work. Seller (in USA) ignored emails.
I bit the bullet and bought genuine. 'Tis your choice.

$50 isn't a lot if you want an accurate gauge. Here's one that's $10 cheaper: https://www.walmart.com/ip/SKS-Suspe...Pump/190562652 but not sure how well-built it is. Claims to be German made.
Good thing with Walmart is that you can return it promptly if it doesn't work for you.
HTH.

I get it.. $50 isn't that much, but I usually try to avoid buying from the dealership. 98% of the time I ride solo and run the shocks at 0 psi. Heading to Blues, Bikes and BBQ at the end of the month. Going to be riding two-up while down there. Probably the only time I will need the pump. Guess I'll bite the bullet... won't be the first time I bought a tool for single time use.

This is one of those tools the dealer tool is really the best option. The volume of air in the pumps means that using an air gauge, or a standard pump, is enough to throw them off significantly. I have yet to find a good alternative that was any cheaper.

You are at risk of spending a lot of time messing around to get something that is cheap and readily available! Take a look on Ebay for alternative suppliers.

Go to a motorcross store.
I have seen and owned very small pumps the size (and actions) of a larger syringe.
Can take with you on the road, lasted many years.
Brand cost...unknown.

FWIW I will add quality is important if you desire accuracy.
With installing and removing the pump to the air fitting one can lose pounds of pressure, making
settings difficult.
Also a line/ junction to tie the two shocks air fittings into one air fitting is highly recommended by me.

Just ended up getting the harley unit. The gauge doesn't like to register much under 10 pounds, but that is kinda what I expected. Thanks for the help.
