All oil left tank & bike won't tun over now
1989 Harley sportster xlh. Went to start and all oil left tank into motor and now won't turn over. Pulled plugs and it cranks over. Oil didn't go back to tank. Plugs in won't turn over. Before I noticed this oil problem. I instaled new battery and starter.
