I officially found the issue.

Got home from a ride today, check engine light had come on again. Looked down and the 02 sensor was just dangling there. Looks like the threads had gotten boogered last time they were working on it and it wasn’t seated well (which explains the lean condition it was flagging.

Dealer here was super helpful and is going to get it fixed ASAP.
