Says its for 2004+ Sadly.

I doubt it'll fit my 2000. If it did that'd be awesome.

Oh Crap, Thought those would be the same... Sorry. Honestly, your mounts look identical to the spacing on mine.. wonder what is different.

Well I have an update!

I found the part that fits for quick detach on a 2000 Sportster. Its 53545-95. It comes in Chrome. I found some on ebay with the plates, bar, and seats in a package for around $230. Hope this can help others!
