Does this part fit my bike???
I just got a Sportster Starter Motor Cover for my 2001 XL Custom. (Part # 31314-99). On Harley's Website it says it fits'91-'94 XL1200 models and '95-'03 XL models. I assumed that it it fits all XL models 95' - 03'. when I opened up the box it says 95'-03' 883 models only. I am not sure if the instructions in the box were printed wrong or the website is wrong. Before I take off my exhaust to see if it fits, does anyone know if it will fit my 2001 XL 1200????
