Should this part of the engine move???

IF it don't leak, don't touch it. They are held stiff by the compression of rubber o-rings. So if it's not leaking oil, don't worry about it. But for future reference, don't go twisting the tubes cause you may damage those o-rings and start a leak.

Considering the bike is an '07, you should probably stop by the dealer and have them take a quick look at it, as I don't think those should have any play/wiggle room in them at all. I could be completely wrong on that, but I know mine are tight, and unable to twist. The only time mine was able to twist was right after the my 1200 conversion when I noticed oil leaking from there. Have it looked at under warranty, before it becomes a problem!

Yea, it sounds like some seals are starting to dry up or a head is coming loose.
The first thing I would check is the tightness of the head on that side. If it is indeed loose, then I also would check the other head as well. If both are fine, then I would just leave it alone until the seals dry up completely and the thing starts to leak oil from the tube, if that is the problem.
It's difficult to understand how the seals could dry up with less than 1000 miles on them, however. 'Might just be a bad factory assembly problem of some type.
It probably stopped moving once the motor heated up, like I said it might do in my initial post.
