I have no affiliation with this particular dealer and did not even buy my bike there. With that said, I heard an add on the radio yesterday advertising 07 883's (new) for $5299 out the door at Boston Harley Davidson. I called today to verify and it is indeed true. NOt a bad deal.

That's a crazy deal! If that was the case around here it's cheaper than a new Shadow 600 and a 883C here will run you $8500-9000,I got my 06' 883C new for $7400 Feb.2007but I drove to Iowa! That has to be a iffy deal otherwise you could turn those bikes on eBay for a profit probably!

You could buy one and have it shipped to your location and still make out like a bandit..

I've shipped and received a number of bikes through Allied Special Services (door to door delivery), and it only runs around $550....

So even shipped the total cost would only be around $5,850..

 

My dealer has all the discountinued models(wide glide, 883 sportster, some softails)marked down from 1000-1500 under msrp. You can also get the special financing on any new 2006 or 2007which I think is 3-6% depending on loan term. Not a bad deal at all.

 

From what I gathered, these are bare boned stock 883 regulars, not customs. Still a great deal as it's $1300 under msrp.

Still, at full price, the 883 regular is cheaper than a shadow 750. I believe the msrp on the shadow is $6799. Sportster 6599.

Two dealers here are doing $750 cash back rebate onany 2007 and you can get the special finance rate as well.

 

Sounds like a great deal, doubt you could get a replacement motor for that, they are still making money on it too.

I had a couple of $3995.00 883 specials, where you could ride it free for a year, then if you traded up you got it back. I wasn't stupid, I kept them!
