2013-48-Blackout 2 into 1-Thunder Torque
In case anyone was curious on nice deep badass exhaust for a 48 or other Sportster. Grab a 2 into 1 set of pipes(I did V and H blackout) remove the baffle, install the correct size thunder torque. I went with a W258 using the hole about 1/2" from end of pipe that used to hold the end cap. The thunder torque is half in half out but looks good and sounds even better. Can't believe how deep it sounds. Just the right amount of nasty using a k and n high flow and fp3. Power delivery is much better than no thunder torque and the standard baffle. Can't believe how well a $20 part worked. High five to DK Customs!

I would only suggest moving it inward just a bit so that there is more material to support the weight of the insert.
With the exhaust gas pressure pushing against it, over time it could rip through the small amount of material between the insert and the exit of the exhaust.
