MY choke cable was broke replaced that, now my bike wont idle at all hard to start did the diagnostic check it is a 0652 meaning low voltage can you help at to what that means?

 

Double check your cables. Something is loose or not plugged in. If everything checks out it could be a bad battery. Specifically look at the ground cable to the battery and cables going to the voltage regulator.

It wont idle when it's warmed up or cold? It started after you replaced choke cable? When you replaced it you changed and cleaned enrichner valve and tightened it?
