Wink 48 abs brake line extension

All,
Mine HD48 2016 abs., 5" Z bar & plan to raise another 2". What is best way to extend the brake line & clutch cable?

replacement, no extending brake lines(technically, you could but... don't). clutch. measure withe ribbon tape and get the appropriate lengths or just over to be safe.

idle and throttle cables need to be checked too.

I am putting on Biltwell Friscos on my 2018 48 with ABS. They are a 7" rise. I am going to put these on.
