Welcome to the world of chrome on front tires, in my opinion. Even the stock Harley spoke chrome don't last that long with me here in San Diego. I gave up on chrome for the front rim on my bike and got a solid aluminum/polished. I, personally, would get the chrome removed and either have the rim polished (and then maintain with aluminum polish or have it powder coated to either match your tank color or black.

Thanks for all the feedback from all especially you cvaria.
I was just checking to see if there was a fix to this that I can perform with all these knowledgeable folks on the HDF, but after all the advise I just going to leave it for now. It’s still gonna shine while rolling she ain’t no parking lot show girl. As long as the wheel keeps spinning no one will ever notice.
Im thinking in the future to get the rims painted black
or replaced with another type of rim also going to swap out the slip-ons for a full black exhaust in the future as well.
