Default Rear Turn signal Relocation

So I didnt want it to come to this, but if i want my saddle bags to fit, it looks like this its my only option. Anyone have luck with a specific kit or video? Im looking at
THIS THIS
but dont know how it would look. Not a lot of info on rear turn signal relocation for sportsters.

Viking has one. That’s what I used on my 16 48.

Look at Viking bags model 16019. They are good looking Full size lockable bags that mount to an Iron Sportster with no re-lo nec. If not an Iron, they have a model to fit. Of course if you move the turn signals and the plate, you have unlimited choices. I’m going through the same thing.

Here are a couple of options...

Instead of relocating the turn signal, you can use Moon low profile tail light with integrated turn signal

Or you can use this...I used this for a while but need to watch how far back your bags go.

Get you a drill, a grinder, and a welder, anything will fit with that.

I always say that **** but it's true, make it happen.

Cool

I used the Harley relocation kit, but don't recommend it. Darned thing has let me down twice now, but read all about that in my thread, where there are some other suggestions.

As mentioned, be sure the turn signals do not hit your saddlebags for two reasons....1. it will damage your bags and 2) the license plate frame will crack.

There are two Harley relocation kits. The one called "Turn Signal Relocation Kit" will [eventually] fail like yours did (its mount points will fatigue). Its PN is 68732-02A. It you're just browsing the MoCo site, it's under the lighting section (https://www.harley-davidson.com/stor...11-6873202a--1).

But the one called "Layback License Plate and Turn Signal Relocation Kit" will not. Its PN is 60215-06 and is under the rear end trim section (https://www.harley-davidson.com/stor...relocation-kit).

Both kits cost USD89.95 last time I checked the MoCo's online store. My bike has had PN 60215-06 installed since 2007 and it's still going strong. HTH.
