I recently purchased a 2018 XL1200X Forty Eight. And ive been looking for a quarter fairing that would be bolt on ready. I contracted memphis shades for the gauntlet fairing. But they told me thet only make them for the year 2015 and under. Any advice would be appreciated!

i mean whats the difference between the 2015 and the later years 2016-2018?

 

it should still fit, can't be that many differences

 

What are the differences, to me they are the same. But then again this is my first harley

 

I read the fork sizes changed between the '15 and '16 (48)'s. 39mm to 49mm change.

 

Has there been any update for this? Anyone mount a quarter fairing to a 16-19 48?

 

Whatsup y’all. New here. Dropped on this old thread cause I was tryna find out what fairing would be possible on the 48 16’ and up that I just bought. Didnt find much online but for future people trying to go figure out if there are any, especially with our forks being 49mm, here ya go. The burly fairing fits just snug and perfect and I’m sure the other 2 styles they sell would fit too. It’s was a Bit** to get it just perfect but after almost 3 hours it’s finally on. I did not have to use the extended headlight bracket it came with nor did I have to move the turn signals. Thanks for looking. Hope this helps others.
