Now I've got a solution and parts on the way.
A sincere thanks to you.

Worked beautifully. Ordered the exact bracket and spacer shown above and an ebc rotor. Many thanks to everyone for the help.

How did you wear out a rear rotor? How can Harley discontinue parts for a bike less than 10 years old? i thought that was against federal regulations?

It's listed on Ronnie's Microfiche as having a -08 part number, so they have been using this rotor for a while. It's also listed as available from what I could see.

I think OP was misled by his local dealership. If it's part 41833-08, then here it is: https://shop.newcastlehd.com/part/41833-08, http://www.surdyke.com/PartsMain.asp...SC,%20RR%20265

sorta doesn't matter anymore. for the price hd wants for rotors, OP made a solid call. ebc rotors are leaps and bounds above hd's goods.

True. Just wanted to make sure correct information was being broadcast about discontinued products. We get plenty of "fake news" already without creating more.

Don't mean to hijack the thread, just wondering where one can acquire the list.
Thanks in advance.
