Need some help here: Anyone know of a factory Sporty fender that will look better then the factory fender on my 2004? With the 19"tire and wheel set-up it looks like a dirt bike fender, way too much gap between the tire and the fender. When I put a 21" tire and wheel set-up on the bike, looks better but the radius just doesn't look right.

Has anyone used a earlier factory fender with better results?

I've seen where folks "egg" the mounting holes in the late fender to bring it closer but the "radius" of the fender doesn't seem to contour with the tire.

Looking for opinions and checking to see if anyone has found something better.

Egg the holes then bend the fender by hand or rubber mallet to shape it to the tire better.

 

****** lowered his front fender and it looks damn good if you ask me.
