I once saw a video on youtube of a cat who had welded a washer to a bolt and inserted it into his pipes with a wing nut on the outside. By doing this, he could turn the wing nut and reduce or increase the angle of the washer. Kinda cool, you could definitely hear a difference in the exhaust note when it was turned. I dunno bout power loss or gains, though.

Yeah I lost quite a bit of toque when running the 3" rush's and the 1.75 baffles I picked up a bit when I swapped the 1.75 baffle tubes with the 1.5 but the volume of the pipes was just too much for the wife. Wish rush would make a 1" baffle option as some people just like the note of the bike rather than the performance.
