I think part of the problem is the defaults on this board, Between the infinte scroll and the "Related" threads it is very easy to just scroll down to the bottom of a page and be in something related and not realize the board is suggesting a 13 year old thread.

You can go into your user cp and turn those things off, but I really think it would be better if they were off by default.
