those with front wheels set up for narrow glides are also what you are after. check the donor bike specs if you are cruising ebay. older wheels ran tapered bearings. probably want to avoid those.
the 13 spoke 16" and 19" wheels that you see on dynas and sportsters are a hot commodity and people will pay big bucks for them. you really will not see those for less than 500, any you'd want anyway,
those wheels from the last ebay auction you posted don't look to be period correct, the look like 80s-2003 vs what the seller is claiming as 2004-2006. and in the description you see:
"OEM Harley Davidson Sportster 9 spoke Wheels. 19 x 2.15 front has 3/4” bearing. 16 x 3 rear has 3/4" bearing. Patience is a virtue! Cast your net as widely as you can, not just to Ebay. HDF has a Classified ads section, where you can place a wanted ad.
