Did you charge the new battery?
Batteries sometimes sit on the shelf for months, they will discharge over time.
A new battery should always be charged fully before use.

Are all the battery connections clean and tight? Also check the other end of the cables. Make sure the ground is clean and tight.

What is the battery voltage with everything turned off? Should be ~12.8 volts (12.0 is 25% CHARGED)
Turn on the ignition, what is the voltage? should be about 12.5 volts.
While cranking the voltage should not drop below ~10 volts.

First, I'd ensure that the battery cables are securely connected at both ends of each cable (not just at the battery)

I'd take the battery off your bike and charge it up properly, using a battery charger, not a tender. Clean and tighten the other ends of each main cable, then refit your battery. Use a little dialectric grease on all four battery cable terminals, to keep damp out.

+1 - but as long as you're taking the battery out of the bike and charging it, I'd then, after it's fully charged, take it to a local auto parts store and have it "Load Tested". They usually test them for free.

As many have mentioned check your cable
connections first. I had a similar experience with my 2013 Custom within the first 6 months of owning it. Turned out to be loose ground cable on the battery.
