Dropped bike
The damage
Is there anything I should look for that may not be obvious. I had to replace the gear peg (the arm is a little off but functioning fine) the hail light ( intergrated turn signal and brake) and changing out handle grips. The fairing took a scratch. Also the obvious dent in the tank but knowing as I’m a beginner I’ll probably leave this tank on until the dropping stage is over.

So here’s the story.
purchase the bike. Have coworker who’s had 15 years experience ride it. Then I go to test waters on it did perfectly fine until I needed to brake. That’s when I knew something was wrong. Holding down the clutch didn’t help as every time I tried to break the throttle would be engaged. There was curb coming up in a few feet and was going too fast so I had to drop her to save my own. A simple testing of the breaks while in nutral would have revealed that who ever has this bike before had big hands and tilted the controls far forward. Now that the bars are straight my hands don’t pull the throttle when breaking. So let this be a lesson. Imidiatly check positioning in handle bars especially if you have tiny girl hands.
