Hate that it happened to you, glad you're okay.
I think anyone who has ridden more than a mile has dropped their bike once.

Have you done the obvious such as check for damage to the casings or primary cover?

Keep the tank for awhile.

Good luck.

As stated above, definitely complete the MSF course.

Also review some of the Ride like a pro or other learning to ride, maneuvers on youtube.

Not only will you learn what to do, you'll also learn what not to do, and you should get 10 or 15 percent insurance deduction.

Take the course.

I took both the MSF and the HD riding academy courses. They were supposed to be the same, they were not. Similar for sure, but not identical. The MSF course was cheaper than the HD one.

The MSF course was easier on the students for the riding test. You could miss 20 points and still pass, the HD guys allowed only 10 points before fail. The test was the same for both courses.

I rode a Honda Rebel for the MSF course, and a Street 500 for the academy. The 500 was like new with 3000 miles on the clock, the Rebel older and in much worse shape (broken turn signals, blue smoke from one exhaust). The HD was kitted out in a way the bike will not be hurt if you drop it. Instructors were very good, but I give the nod to the HD guys. In both courses, we rode 15 miles in two days, but they are hard learning miles!

Your experience may be different, as the instructors and businesses setting up those courses will vary, but I agree: do take a course, it's worth it.
