RE: Waving is Annoying
I wave at most riders. I don't think there'sanything wrongwith waving or not waving. Wave or not that is the question!!!!!. The guyacross the interstate riding in theopposite direction that you failed to wave at. I'm sure you'll meet up with himlater and he'll wonder why you didn't wave, when chances are every else did. It's just an acknowledgement.......Ride Safe and Often....BearC.Paw......

I hope nobody is taking this post too seriously.
I probably should of put a disclaimer at the end of my original post or maybe a smiley face. I am not putting down people that wave. I just found it amusing that there are so many bikes on the road and everyone waves. I can appreciate the comaradery behind the edicate, but you do have to admit that at times it can be a bit much to wave at every bike on the road.
Have fun out there and wave often if you want.[sm=biker2.gif] Please don't be offended at those who don't.

I know what you're saying. No one says you HAVE to wave, or you HAVE to smile, or HAVE to acknowledge anyone. I don't mind doing it, for the mostpart... It's just tradition...but, after a while (especially when you are heading to a rally)... it gets to be a little much when there are thousands of bikes on the road.

I wave to anyone on two wheels... Harley, metric, scooter. I figure we need to be a band of brothers (and sisters) to protect ourselves. Ifyou don't wave back, I just figure no one taught you the tradition - there are so many new bikes out there.
