well i put the baffles on monday night..and not only do they sound awesome,but my neighbors that i fight with all the time put up a for sale sign in their front lawn today..it doesnt get much better than that...i highly dought the baffles have anything to do with it but its funny that it happened within 2 days..im a happy guy now..and just hope they sell the house fast..

 

Make sure you're revving in the drive way when prospective buyers look at the house. That way you can weed out the Harley-haters from the Harley-lovers.

Better yet, put up a flag pole with a pirate flag. I have one in my yard....my new neighbor, who is now a good friend, bought the house because of the flag. He figured if we have a pirate flag, then we probably wouldn't be too hard to get along with. lol The real estate agent tried to steer him away from looking at my yard. lol

It is not "Victory" yet. The way houses are selling lately, he may stay for another year or

yeah if he wants him gone he should put on a good nieghbor act instead of the badazz biker/pirate act. He will steer away people from buying his nieghbors house and be stuck with him.

 

Even better yet....buy the damn house, tear it down and put up a nice garage/workshop, I'll come over and we will start a chop shop.
