Seat that moves you back?????
I have a 2001 883C, when I'm riding I'm always trying to move back further to the point where my *** is riding up the back of my seat almost on the passenger seat. I have a stock seat and was looking for a solo. I have read a bunch of threads about seats andthe ones I've read saidthis seat or that seatmoves you forward.
Does anyone know of one that moves you back?

I have the Sundowner seat on my bike. It moved me back a couple of inches, but also raised the seat height a few inches. I have forward controls on my bike and I like the seating position of the stock seat, but for longer rides I will put the sundowner on. Rode 600 miles in two days last weekend and the bike ran out of gas before I got uncomfortable.

You are already sitting on the answer. Get an electric carving knife, small screwdriver and needlenose pliers, stapler...and a sheet of some very course sandpaper. Peel cover 2/3 way back, whack out an inch or so of foam in "backrest" area, cover with saran wrap type product, put cover back on. Go ride. If it is not enough...repeat...if not enough then get a bigger bike. Cost...zero to try...priceless if you succeed.

Mustang day tripper... that would move your back.
I am not sure if it is moving back or the angle of the back of the seat. The stock seat is less of a pocket than the mustang solo which I have. When I put the passenger seat on, there is alot of back support. I have a 36 inch seam.

I have a Corbin GunFighter/Lady. It'll allow you to move yer butt back 2 to 3". It is a hard d*** seat! But it is really good for the long haul! It is a little wide for my narrow Irish a** but once it is completely broken in it will be good! If your lookin to move back and have the patience for the seat to break in, thismight be an awesome seat for ya!
