White...brings out the lettering and more noticeable.

This application I used Sharpie's that you can find at most local crafts stores or Walmart.

I should note that the extra fine paint pens are worthless. They don't flow paint through the felt but leak down the outside of the chrome piece holding the felt. I could only fine the medium and extra fine tips locally. So for fine work, I used a fine paint brush and just blotted paint from the extra fine pen onto a piece of plastic.

I painted these tires early last winter.

I'll was toying with the idea of yellow - trying to envision it in my head...

The more I toy with the idea... the more likely I'll end up going white.
