I want to say the stock bars actually has a 7 inch pull back but a couple factors you need to understand.

1. The stock bars are much shorter so you're reaching down vs reaching straight out. Reaching straight out vs reaching down creates a shorter reach
2. The stock bars are 28 inches in length compared to the chiseled bars 25 inches. This makes the reach shorter for the apes since it's 3 inches more narrow.

With these factors, it's really hard to compare the two pull back length to one another. I'm only 5'6", the bars sit just shy of shoulder length and my arms are extended out with a small bend in the elbows on my bars. Because of the position of these bars, it allows me to sit straight up to make a more comfortable ride. With the stock bars, I was leaning over (not much to see a difference until I rode long distance). I hope this helps.
