Screamin' Eagle II slip-ons are a nice find. However, if your bike is 2004 or newer, these won't fit (at least, they certainly won't bolt right on - anything can be made to fit anything, with a combination of skill, tools, and/or money).
So, what year is your bike?
The part # suffix, "-00", indicates the year the part was introduced (2000, in this case). Those slip-ons would fit 1996-2003. In 2004, with the introduction of rubber-mount Sportsters, the exhaust mounting system changed. Nowadays, after around 2009 or so, new Harley part #'s are all f'ed up.

Don't burst your bubble yet.....keep looking around. Some may want to scrap those for short shots....that's how I found mine on CL. When I got my Rush, I sold the SEII on CL.
I had 3" SEII's on a 2011 Sportster Low XL1200L and they were excellent exhausts with respect to sound and performance....and you can't get these anymore unless you find them in the aftermarket. They stopped making them in 2006 for the EPA compliant Screamin Eagle systems they sell now.
Here is a related thread that I created to help those looking for an exhaust system since many want to hear what they sound like before they buy although videos don't do the pipes justice.......

Here is some info on the SEIIs posted by HarleyScuba a while back...
For '98-'03 Sportsters:
Screamin' Eagle II Baloney Cut 80249-99A
Screamin' Eagle II Slash Down 80290-99A
The SE II mufflers for '98-'03 were available in black, too:
Baloney Cut 80322-99A
Slash Down 80325-99A
For '04-'13 Sportsters, the following part numbers went obsolete in '07 when the Street Performance series were released. The SE II mufflers has "Screamin' Eagle II" embossed on a muffler. The Street Perfromance slip-ons have "Screamin' Eagle" on them, without the "II".:
80423-04 is the # for a pair of Slash down, Screamin' Eagle II slip-on mufflers.
80424-04 is the # for a pair of Balony Cut (slash out) slip-ons.
Here's a pic of a box label from a set of slash downs that I've been hoarding. I think they're the best sounding/flowing slip-ons you can find. Not quiet, but not drag-pipe ear splitting, either. Most certainly a little louder than Harley's present offering, the Street Performance slip-ons. The SE II's are not 50-State legal, if anyone cares.
These will not fit an '02 Sportster (Sportsters went to a rubber mount motor in '04).
On my '05 Sportster, a set of the SE II has the SE II in script:

Nice re-hash. Forgot about that post. Thanks for the source recognition. However, '98-'03 (in red print of the quote), is probably correct. In my first post of this thread, I was going on memory (stating '96-'03). I've had my '05 for ten years. Must be getting old (me, not the Sportster).
And, yes, I'm still hoarding my spare set. They're not for sale, yet.
