Here is the link to a set of bags locally that i want to buy, but i don't know if they'll fit on my bike or not. Does anyone here have experience with this and know if they will or not?

Check the Vikings Bags website, where you can check what fits your bike, also see installation instructions, then refer back to that advert. Looks to me as if they are shown as an option for your bike, so it looks promising, but I haven't personally used that brand. You may have to relocate your rear indicator lights.
