Default Reassembled carb -- Extra part??

I pulled apart, cleaned, and reassembled the carb on my 2000 XLH, and somehow there's an extra part.

I feel like an idiot, but I've looked over the schematics several times and I still cannot figure out where it's supposed to go.

Please help!

Nevermind. It's a "collar" for the screws into the top of the carb.

The schematics in my manual don't show it, but it's shown in other schematics I found online.

The shiny one is a US Penny. It goes in your junk drawer.
