I'm pretty sure Get Lower Cycles sells that bag. They call it a sissy bar duffel

Been abnormally cold here recently so there hasn't been any progress on the Ironhead build. I do plan on putting together the seat this weekend.
The seat choice will be one of our DIY leather cover solo seat kits...

The instructions are pretty straight forward and thanks to a few youtube tutorials, I am confident in my tooling abilities.
I should earn this patch soon

Again, the studs seemed like the easiest way to attach the leather to the seat but after it's finished I wish I would have used more pad and laced it together.
Ill definitely give it another try soon.

The Pistols are ok, just a little too basic. I should have done more and put more thought into it. I feel like I shot myself in the foot by trying to keep it simple.

It looks like you have too much margin around the perimeter. You could use a lot more studs/rivets too.
I stitched mine, it wasn't too difficult. Glued the leather to the underside of the pan, glued the top piece to the foam and joined it along the perimeter, then I punched and stitched it with waxed thread. It took about an hour to stitch it.
Like you, I think I'll go back to the drawing board. I am going to reshape my pan a little, and use black leather.
Also, I think I'll rivet the next one. Space the rivets about .5-.75" apart around the perimeter with about a .5" margin.
