Default 2007 loud clunk no start

So I was out riding and stop at a friends house for about 10min I went out and try to start the bike it went to start and then die. So I hit the starter once more and got a loud clunk when ever I hit the starter its just a solid clunk. I was thinking it was the battery so I got a new one even tho the old one was reading at 13V. With new battery all I get is the lowed clunk.

Check for Clean and Tight connections at BOTH ends of BOTH battery cables.

Also:
The 2007 Sporties are well known for corrosion issues in the fuse block area. Remove all fuses & the 2 relays, clean the contacts on them and the sockets. Give the contacts a light coat of dielectric grease and reinstall fuses & relays. Dielectric grease ia available at most auto parts stores.

So the fuses are nasty so I clean them all with steal wool. How would I go about cleaning the pins on the inside of the fuse block?

I would spray them a couple of times with contact cleaner, like this or similar.

2nd gear is too low, try 3rd or 4th and your weight should be on the bike (*** on the seat) when you pop the clutch.

Well I clean all connections I could find I also clean all the fuse connections. And I still get the hard hammer hit. Also I try to push start it in 4th and tire still locks up after a half rotation I have push started a lot of bikes and never had the dragging feel I am getting from the harley

It sounds like it's time to get the bike up on a jack and in 5th gear. Make sure the bike is strapped down to the jack. Pull the spark plugs, and with a bit of effort, you should be able to rotate the rear wheel which should turn the motor through a cycle.

This is to make sure the motor isn't locked up.

So I pulled the plugs and put it in 5th gear and with me and my wife trying to push it with me full on the still could not get the tire to spin. Don't have a good way to jack it up right now. Also I try hitting the starter after doing it and it kind of sounded like the clunk was a longer clunk but no start and when I hit the starter once more its the hard slam once more.
