Windshields, 3" Makes a Big Difference
I went from a 18.5"x18" Spartan windshield to a 14"x18" HD windshield and it's so much nicer. I was getting blown all over the road with the larger shield. I have to flatten down a little or it will hit the top of my head but it can be done.

Yup, I have a large windshield too and it protects well... until I ride in windy conditions whereupon the windshield becomes a freaking sail

I have a 14 inch windshield that works really well. I have never tried a taller one.
