Default After market Calipers

Went to replace my pads this weekend, and found that both front and rear were nothing like the manual or my research had discovered. Can anyone tell me what company makes these calipers?
Rear
Front

Yup - their name is those initials, PM, or Performance Machine. Yours have seen some serious service - or neglect!

I have the same awesome calipers on my 92 softail. I'd clean them up with some elbow grease and keep using them.
Sorry to hijack but you already got your answer so can anyone tell me if this same caliper off my 13 inch rotor will work with my 2016 stock 12 inch 48 sporty rotor? I know I'll need to make a bracket but is there anything that will prevent it working correctly on the different size?

Not if you make the bracket correctly

2016 sporty front rotor is 11.8" (300mm)

Neglect is definitely the word. Unfortunately its been sitting for about two years. Finally getting around to repairing/restoring everything and these are on the list. Right now everything appears functional, but need new pads before I can really dig deep.
