This is a familiar story. Seems Licks doesn't stock their pipes. So you gotta wait til their supplier gets around to sending the product to them so that they can then mail it out to you.
in my opinion give them a call short of a live person if anything else , as stated call the CC company and stop the payment then turn them in to the Better Business . Or except that you made a contribution
the problem is that they only answer emails(until now) and they phone rings twice and goes to voicemail every time

If it was billed on a credit card, not a debit card, you can get your money back. Call the bank/CC issuer and tell them the item was never received and the company won't answer their phone.
