This is a familiar story. Seems Licks doesn't stock their pipes. So you gotta wait til their supplier gets around to sending the product to them so that they can then mail it out to you.

Keeping the couriers in business I guess.

the problem is that they only answer emails(until now) and they phone rings twice and goes to voicemail every time

Cancel the order and move on. Sucks but why 'suffer'?

there is a d&d sitting in a warehouse somewhere.

cant cancel order through licks. Says it is too far into processing or has already shipped. I'll call my bank and see where I can go from there.

It really sucks when you get the run around. id rather a company say hey, we had a delay and just be honest with the going on, rather just say is shipping soon.

If it was billed on a credit card, not a debit card, you can get your money back. Call the bank/CC issuer and tell them the item was never received and the company won't answer their phone.

it was purchased with a debit card 😓. Starting to look like I'm gonna have to pray for a miracle and hope it just shows up or I get an email saying it's shipped
