You got me on the seat. I came up with the idea but she was determined to do the work. It's her dremel....
I wasnt too worried about the seat because a buddy gave it to me for free.

Update. About two weekends ago she took the bike out on the maiden voyage (outside the neighborhood). She ended up jumping a curb and taking a trip over the bars into grass. Ended up with a compression fracture in wrist. She is in a brace. All in all I was more scared than she was.
Bike took a bit of damage
Bent bars and mirrors broke. Small dent in the tank.

We sourced replacement bars and mirrors at a swap meet the same afternoon that she went down. She rode with me on the back of the roadglide to get the parts.
20 bucks for bars and another 20 bucks for some Harley mirrors.
I had to drill the bars for internal wiring which sucked but its over and done.
I also had a friend cut an inch or so out of the kickstand/weld it back together and ground it smooth. This made all the difference in the bike leaning right.
