i read somewhere that some tubeles tires may have ribs on the inside causing some rubbing to go on between the tube and tire that may cause some problems. Ever heard of this?

All the major brands who sell suitable tyres recommended for our Harleys make dedicated front and rear tyres, I don't know of any that are recommended for both wheels. Michelin make the C2 in both front and rear versions of that size. I think you'll find they recommend 130/90 B-16, which has a load rating of 73.
