Default Turn signal issue on 2003 Sporty S

Got a 1200 S model that the signals don't flash except in the emergency mode, all four flash however, the regular turn signal just stays on with no flash and turn off after a few seconds of riding. Got LED's in rear and 1157's on the front side. Any ideas? Thanks.

The LED's need in line load resistors-50w/6ohm. Google LED turn signal resistor. They're cheap on Amazon. I've got four in my misc. parts pile.

If you already have the load resistors installed its possible you're speed sensor is dirty or failing but I would think your speedo would be acting up as well.

In the past, I've had LED's hyperflash and added resistors to bring the flash to normal but this problem is the lights aren't flashing at all, they just stay on. So with this set-up, if I add the resistors, they will start to flash or is the flasher unit bad? The turn signal canceler operates because it shuts the turn signal off after a few seconds as it should. New to Harley and just wondering if these modules go bad, see a lot for sale on fleabay. Thanks

The flasher it self is bad -- switch the 4 way flasher for the turn signal and you will see

When I hold the two turn signal buttons down at the same time, it goes into 4 way flasher mode until I turn them off manually. That's what is confusing me. I get a flash out of the unit just not a right or left independently. I have the 68540-96 module on this bike for the flasher unit. So if the 4 ways work but not the turn, it is a bad module?
