Default Torque on hrader bolts?

Does anybody know what is the specified torque on rear cylinder header bolts on 2016 Forty-Eight?

I need to remove them to access rear master cylinder bolts to install right side rear passenger peg bracket, and rear bank Exhaust pipe of V&H Big Radius gets in the way...

I don't know what bolts you're talking about, but you're not removing head bolts to access exhaust or brake components.

Based on that, I'd suggest you take your bike to someone more qualified to work on it than you.

I'm sorry, I didn't have the proper terminology.

I'm talking about the 2 nuts that tighten the exhaust header flange to the 2 exhaust header bolts that comes out of cylinder head.

I need to know what is the factory recommended torque on these nuts.
I was told that they are around 6ft/lb ~ 8ft/lb. I wanted to verify that, as I thought that may be little on the light side...

That is correct for the exhaust flange nuts. They're not a heavy torque nut.

All the details are available in the factory service manual.
