Bare Bones Solo works great for me and looks SWEEEEET! (Of course, I bicycle as well so my **** is used to seats not found to be otherwise "confortable")

Sundowner. Comfortable and moves the riding position just a little forward, which is a plus. Stock seat = no joy.

This is sweet looking seat but it moved me forward to much to were I was sitting on the back lip and it was fine for a quick run around town but after a 8 hour ride I hurt for 4 hours after[&:]

I don't find this moved me up much if any,I actually found it to be a pretty nice seat, the stock one actually didn't bother me much but Dawn sure hated it and when I took my daughter for a ride she kept sliding off it[8D]

I have the stock seat. Ok for me 6' 32" inseam. I have been looking at options.
Mustang v/s Sundowner. The local stealer says "Keep your HD -HD"

I may go to the Sundowner if my wife stays!

Harley Davidson Brawler solo seat
06' 1200L
My height 5'8" inseam 31"
feet flat on the ground
Price $249
I have been hunting for a seat for a few months before I pulled my trigger, this is the best choice both worlds, it is comfy and looks good, highly recommended. Alex

I have the Sundowner, and Love it. I liked the looks of the bike better with stock, but like riding much better with the Sundowner. I purchased from the dealer, when I had a coupon for 25% off anything in stock.

I also rode a Sporty that had a 2 up Mustang seat. I was plenty comfortable, and I thought looked better than the Sundowner, but it didn't provide as much lower back support as the Sundower. Which is a big issue for me.

These things are highly personal. I've fortunately been ableto view quite a few FEMALE butts, none are made the same.

But it's good to get feedback from different folks on seats.

Oh, and to help with how my body frame fits with the seat and the bike...I'm 6'1" 195 31' inseam, and have chronic lower back problems. I can now easily spend 12 hours seat time a day on the bike...no problems.

Harley Pillow-Top Touring tandem. Wide enough, long enough, comfortable enough for the rider. Passenger is very pleased. 6'1" with 32" inseam. Mid-controls and stock bars. Gets lots of compliments from other riders. Only 3k miles on this saddle. Highly recommended. Replacing most parts to get back closerto stock, but the seat stays!

I have a Mustang (regular, not wide) Vintage set
I'm 5'2"
It moved me slightly higher and a little further forward, which improved my comfort in reaching the handlebars. The increase in height did not change my ability to flatfoot the bike.
I paid $275 for the (new) set...shipped to my door. I got it from a vendor on ebay.
Have put about 7,000 miles on the seat and I LOVE it! (Sidenote: Had a BADlander before that...don't recommend it. It is not much better than stock.)

Mustang vintage studded solo seat (standard size not the wide)
5' 10" with a 30" inseam in the pants.
Seat sits youabout an inch higher and an inch forward.
About 13,000 miles on it
Bought from www.cyclespot.com
I have done alittle over 1,000 miles in 18 hours on this seat and didn't have any problems whatsoever with it. Very comfortable. Highly recommended.
