it was on memorial day and i was barbequeing at my sister in laws house..she smoked all of my cigarettes,so i decided to roll around the corner to the store on my bike..im cruizing in a 40mph zone when i look over and see about 10 kids playing in a front yard with a hose..when i say kids i mean like 13-16 years old..one of them sees me coming down the street on the bike and runs towards the street and sprays the hose at me(he thought he was funny) i swerved out of the way to avoid getting my freshly cleaned bike all wet...i stopped once i got past them and yelled at all of them as they ran away and called all of them f'ng @$$holes..i was so pissed off..i was gonna go to the door and deal with the parents but i thought about it and decided just to move on before i ended up in a fight with a whole barbeque of people..would anyone else be pissed if this happened to you?

Saw kids playing with a hose today as I was heading to the house. I was already prepared to just ride through it to avoid any other potential problems. I had time to think about it. But since the house is like five down from mine, I was prepared to speak with thier Dad about it. A little different as they were under 10 yo. They never approached the end of the driveway though. Funny you brought this up.

Yeah it would bother me.I don't like when people set their sprinklers so close to the road that it gets wet.I got a mist from one today.I thought they were for watering grass not roads.

 

OH FRIG YEH! And all I got to say is its a good thing shooting people (other than self defense) is illegal!

 

well i would have been pissed if they got my bike wet(i would have to clean all the water spots off it) but the important thing is --these stupid kids dont even think about what could have happened..if i didnt see them and all of a sudden got smacked in the face with water(on a beautiful sunny day) i might have got shook up and wrecked..or if i swerved to far and went into on coming traffic..

 

I'd be pissed! Do they even understand what would have happened dumping a 600 lb bike? You could have been hurt very bad.
