I see people out with their kids and the kids are all just wild and loud and bothering everyone around them.....I know, and my 10 year old son knows, that if he ever were to act that way he wouldn't be able to sit for a week!!! My son is respectful to his elders(He is sarcastic if he thinks you're talking down to him, though. He's got a couple of good zingers in lately too! Gotta talk to him like an adult.) He doesn't act up in public. he knows what'll happen if he does. And in my neighborhood if the kidsare doing something stupid, you whack your kid, and the other kid too....and when I or the other parents hear that our kid had to get whacked by another parent, I know mine gets it again from me! We've got a good bunch of kids on our street, I'll say that! lol

I would be WAY pissed. Go knock on the door & find an adult, hopefully one of the parents, and let them know about the dangers of what their kids are doing. As far as facing a yard full of"drunk" peoples...get the parent out front & alone to talk to.
