Default '95 Sportster Gas Tank HELP

Started riding with a club and REALLY need to be able to last more than 100 miles on a tank. Does anybody know of anyone that makes a larger tank? Hopefully over 4gal. I've seen some online, but need it as big as I can find. Any suggestions or answers would be Perfect, thanks guys.

You found this Forum but never found J&P Cycle?

You may need more than a bigger tank to keep up.........

Have you tried "Dropping Acid" and listening to some good music?

You can adapt just about any tank to your bike, it depends on your level of fabrication skills and pocket book. Just make sure when your mocking it up that you have room to fully turn the bars and still be able to fit your seat on it. Although on my last FXR project I ended up having to reshape the front of the seat to make the tank fit.

There are a lot of tanks out there that are made to bolt on and you can even use a tank off of a fuel injected bike if you get the fuel fitting adapter that pingle and a few other companies are now selling to allow you to use a 22 mm petcock.
