perfect time to run the wires internally too

 

Of hanging the 16" Apes on my 91 Sportster. If anyone would like I can provide the location where I have my Cables and Lines!

You are going to need:

Throttle Cable
Idle Cable
Clutch Cable
Fuel Line
And Extend your wires...

I have approx 250.oo (so far- still need to get the brake line) in the whole mod to include the bars!

BTW does anyone know the stock sizes of the cables/lines on a 09 883C? I am having a hard time finding that info.....Thanks.

 

I ordered a kit from Hill Country cycles for 400. bucks, wired internally. W/ new switch buttons and all cables. just take your old bars off and then reverse what you just did. Took me about 8 hrs total. Wiring took the longest.

 

Ok, I'm on my way! 16" Apes on a 91 883. I bought the cables 6" over and that is actually a little to much but tucking them in here and there is not a problem.
