Default MY FIRST HARLEY

I just purchased a 2005 883 and i love this bike.
It has plenty of power and good looks and it was very affordable.(personal opinion).
I am looking forward to find some other riders in my area to ride with.
I purchased my sportster from killer creek harley in Roswell GA. Awesome customer service and very educated about their products.

RIDE SAFE.

Good luck with it. I bought mine in 2001. The only trouble I had was a voltage regulator and battery. So if one day the battery is dead you might think about the regulator since harley has had problems with them, otherwise are you going to have fun with it. I cant wait everyday to ride and ride and ride. What color did you get? I got BLACK.

Hey brohrs,
I definetly apreciate your info about the regulator, i will keep that in mind.
I was planning in riding today too however the heavy rain changed that.
By the way mine is black and the only upgrade i have is the forward pegs and screaming pipes and quick release blackets for the windshiled.

I forgot to add that I put on the ape hanger handle bars they are a must. What did you pay for the exhaust and did they rejet the carb?

Hey brohrs,

Actually i forgot to mention that the carb was already done when i bought the bike.
As for the rest of the upgrades where already included on the bike.
i payed 6 thou for the bike which i searched everywhere and i couldn't beat the price for a 2005 883 xl with the extras.

atlanta is so much cheaper for hds in comparison with up north.

WOW what a price. I live in san fran and paid $7000 with the bars. Too bad you are back east I would ride with you guys. I wanted a bigger bike but the power and price I just had to buy a sporster.

Same here brother. i agree on that power and price.
this bike is all i need unless i win the lottery.your price is awesome too considering your in california. no offence but san fran is ridiculusly expensive. you did good for only paying 7.
